I’ve spent 15+ years leading product, engineering, and cross-functional teams across 19 global brands, scaling eCommerce from $375M to $1.2B and turning slow, fragmented systems into fast, modern, customer-ready experiences.

As a founding product leader at Estée Lauder, I built the company’s first global digital product organization and scaled it to 300+ sites across 75 markets. More recently, I’ve led North America’s digital product & experience portfolio (28 sites, 60% of global DTC revenue) and delivered measurable lifts in revenue, reliability, and customer satisfaction (NPS 85, CSAT 9.3). I also advise early-stage brands as a fractional CDO, guiding go-to-market, acquisition, retention, and platform modernization.
